RETURNS/REFUNDS

We do not accept Returns on Hair that has been used or has had its integrity compromised.

Refunds are allowed only on orders that have not yet been processed or shipped, as we honor a 2 day grace period for cancellation before fulfillment. 

Any additional refund or return requests will be assessed individually at our discretion.
